Hello,

I'm def. going to order the Training Diary soon. I have a question though. How many pages is in it and how long will one diary book last... Assuming you use it consistently every time you are working out that is? A year maybe or? Thanks to any responses!

Welcome. The KSI diary is much more comprehensive than any other diary I have used. All areas of Physical Development are recorded in this diary providing the ultimate tool to troubleshoot any deficits in your physcial development. Inlcudes recording on Nutrition, Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Endurance, Assessments, Day and Stage Planning and alot more. If you're serious about a good training diary, than you won't be dissapointed. The diary pages are not numbered so I'm not sure how many pages there are exactly. How long will the diary last? - That's simply dependent on your level, commitment and volume of training. I don't beleive Ian designed the diary to last x amount of weeks.

Trust this helps.

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for the response! I just wasn't sure If I maybe should buy more than 1 when I order? I plan on using it every workout. I'll take it to the gym with me with a pen and record everything I need to and I plan on being very commited to weight lifting (Of course I have other commitments in life as well). Thanks Again!
